Players take control of a high-speed buggy with the primary objective of rescuing the protagonist's kidnapped girlfriend from a gang of thugs. The game is played from a top-down perspective, where the screen constantly scrolls upward.
- Bump 'n' Bash: As you race through treacherous roads, you must bump enemy cars and trucks off the road or into obstacles to earn points. Retaliating against enemies is key, as they will aggressively try to bump you into walls or water.
- The Jumping Mechanic: Once your car reaches a certain speed (typically 100 or 150 mph/units), you can perform a high jump. This is essential for clearing large gaps in the road, bodies of water, and overpasses. Jumping can also be used offensively to land directly on top of and destroy enemy vehicles.
